Your Pets Holiday Checklist...

1. Your animals cage/ hutch. We are able to provide cages however, most pets are more comfortable in their own home.

2. Updated vaccination certificates for VHD and Myxomatosis (rabbits only).     

3. Enough of your pet's usual food to last the whole holiday.

4. Ensure your pet is treated against mites and fly strike where necessary.

5. Print and sign a copy of our Terms & Conditions and complete the Boarding Consent form.

You will receive regular updates on how you animal is doing by text/ email. All animals will receive a complimentary nail clip prior to departure.

As per our Terms and Conditions (above) please can I ask owners to adhere to the agreed times for drop off and collection of their pets. There will be times when delays occur due to traffic/ emergencies etc but it would be appreciated if you could advise me promptly of any delay in your arrival. Time slots are allocated to allow smooth running of HSH giving me sufficient time with every owner and also to ensure I am able to medicate animals at the correct times . Surcharges will be applied where insufficient notice is given.

Please note- we no longer offer viewings of the facilities; this is in order to minimise disruption and ensure that HSH remains a secure environment for your animals.

All drop-offs/ picks-ups are doorstep only.
