Tariff:

The below prices are a guide but individual cost will be based upon a number of factors including the size of cage and the frequency of cleaning required for your animal.  

  • Small Caged animals (gerbils, hamsters, degus etc.): 1st animal from £8 per day; each extra sharing animal £2/day

  • Tortoises: £10/ day

  • Medium sized animals (guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, degus): 1st animal from £11 per day; each extra sharing animal £4/day

  • Rabbits: £12 per day

  • Larger animals (giant breed rabbits): from £20 per day.

  • Home visits: This is location dependent but prices start at £13 per visit which includes feeding, changing of water, cleaning out litter trays and, of course, lots of TLC! Use the enquiry form to provide us with as much detail as possible so we can tailor our service to your needs. Check out the 'home visits' part of the website as well.

  • There will also be a £10 key collection/ return fee for Home Visits.

  • Bank Holidays are charged at twice the above rate.

Prices include: 

  • Well lit and maintained accommodation-  purpose built and meticulously maintained by a veterinary professional. 

  • Also included in the price are treats, toys, hides, bowls, water bottles, litter trays, general grooming and heaps of our devoted time, love & attention.

 Please Note:

  • Prices are charged per day.

  • Part of a day is charged as a full day regardless of arrival / collection time.

  • Some medication procedures may incur a higher charge.

  • If your pet arrives in an unsanitary condition, then a grooming charge will be applied.
